The 1st official Totten family vacation is in the books! I am so glad we went. We all had a wonderful time. I took 265 pictures, I won't bore you with them all - you can thank me later.
We left Saturday, drove most of the way & stopped for the night. It was a strategic move, #1 we were tired from driving, #2 we didn't want to go through the most scenic part of our drive in the dark. The girls thought the hotel we stopped at was awesome. Of course, any hotel is pretty awesome - especially with an indoor pool.

Next stop was Algoma for another look at the water. It was a public beach area. We were just going to put our feet in - that's what we all agreed on before we even got out of the car.

Jarrett & Olivia loved checking out the waves.
Then a rogue wave knocked Olivia off balance. And we just went with it, letting her swim fully-clothed.
Jarrett got changed & joined her for a quick refreshing dip.
Once we were all dry & some of us changed, we got in the car & finished out our drive.
