our crops needed the rain in the worst possible way. so we welcomed the rain we had on sunday. in fact, we encouraged it. jar left my laundry on the clothesline over night {big big no-no}. but his arguement was that it would encourage the rain.
and rain it did. off & on for about 2 hours. thank the lord.
the corn shot up in big way monday, tuesday, & wednesday. so this morning it looked quite nice.
i tell the girls, come on lets take a picture in front of the corn.

i'm fighting a losing battle with the girl on the right to cooperate for a nice picture.
