- hi, my name is natalie, & i am addicted to twitter. on.the.real. i love it. i feel like i should maybe feel guilty for stalking so many people that i don't personally know, but then i think they wouldn't put it out there if they didn't want people to read all of their business. right?! currently, my favorite people to follow happen to be NFL players. sad but true...they didn't tweet much during the football season, but they are all over the place during the off-season.
- snooki, you know the kitten who is getting adjusted to our family famously...well, she peed on our bed yesterday. and as luck would have it, it was right on my side of the bed. jarrett was upset (read - ready to flip his shiz) about it. until i kindly reminded him: #1 she's still adjusting, #2 she was a barn kitty - no beds in that barn, & most importantly #3 that he had shut the basement door - latched & everything, which had prevented her from accessing her litter box. also i would like to make note that up until yesterday there had been no accidents, therefore i saddle the blame for this mishap squarely on jarrett's shoulders.
- my hours at worked changed. now i am working 9 to 5. what a way to make a living. darn that dolly parton & her catchy tune from that movie. i am replaying the line "change you from a rooster to a hen with 1 shot."
- i couldn't be more ready for warmer temps & sunshine...consistent warmer temps & sunshine. i want to see green grass. i don't want to see snow. eff you winter, i have had enough of your shenanigans. i'd like for spring to hurry up & get here already.
- i'm super excited to have friday off to accompany miss olivia to her school for her reading program. i hope to sneak a few pictures of our day, of course i will post them. it's always fun to see her in a school setting. she is so unlike her normal self at home. meaning, she is incredibly well-behaved. and it leads me to believe, we must be doing something right since she knows how to act at school. ::pats self on back::
- i was on a cleaning frenzy saturday. this tends to happen when jarrett is not at the house, he was gone all day at the illini game. i cleaned out our refrigerator, completely. i threw out all of the expired/spoiled food. we were left with: 2 gallons of milk, juice, 2 bags of shredded cheese, 1 bag of shredded lettuce, 3 cans of coke, bottled water, butter, & an assortment of condiments. literally nothing you can make a meal out of. i'm an awesome homemaker. mrs lower (my jr high home ec teacher), you should be proud.
- i got my bonus. i spent it on a new computer & bills. the computer is awesome & super fast. paying the bills, that sucked - but was kinda awesome too. now i don't have them to pay anymore...
- i'm back on the ol' chub club wagon. i said today "dieting makes me angry". that's half true. it's not the diet itself. i could stand to eat healthy...obviously. it's people like my husband, who can eat whatever they want & not gain an ounce. in fact, the man eats mickey d's breakfast every week day & has lost weight consistently since like october. he hasn't changed anything about his diet or exercise. i curse his metabolism.
see, i told you RANDOM. kudos if you made it to the end. no pictures of my kiddos because my camera battery died, & i just haven't been taking pics with my phone. i will do better than all bullet points in the future ::pinky swear::
