I have been wondering for quite some time, why oh why does my little Rachel's hair always seem to be so darn crazy. It sticks up all over. It will not lay down. She won't keep clips or piggy tails in.

Then, the other morning it was like "DING"!

It has got to be genetic. Seriously, do they or do they not have the exact same hair?!
